How to bake Stir Up Sunday

Stir up Sunday, the traditional day to make your bakes at home to get you prepared for Christmas day.
Prepare your festive desserts beforehand to help ease your food preparation stress.
You will learn to bake two x one-pint Christmas puddings. Packed with warm spices and fruit, this sweet treats will make you feel festive and are sure to be enjoyed by everyone.
The virtual baking class will be led by Anne Marie who will be able to answer all your questions and give you loads of fantastic baking techniques.
It’s a class that is perfect for beginners and is really fun when you need indoor activities to get you into the Christmas spirit.
This live online class will give you some peace of mind that you’re one step closer to having the food festivities ready for your Christmas meal.
Baking classes are also a great way to unwind, baking is really useful during stressful times to take your mind off your worries for a bit. Enjoy some relaxation as you make your Christmas puds.
PLEASE NOTE
This class does contain some preparations the day before so you are ready for the class. It could take up to an hour to weigh all the ingredients and soak the fruit. Make sure you have all the ingredients on your shopping list a few weeks beforehand.
We will make the mincemeat, followed by the steam pudding then the Christmas cake if that helps you organise your ingredients and equipment.
