Learn to bake scones and chocolate cake, the most delicious sweet treats for afternoon tea, in this baking class in Warwickshire. You will learn to bake the best chocolate cake you’ve ever had and some soft melt-in-the-mouth scones to go with it.
If you want some rainy day activities that will make you feel warm and much brighter, then this baking workshop is perfect.
Anne Marie will show you how to make these two decadent dessert recipes that are sure to thrill your taste buds and satisfy your sugar cravings.
You can make a cake with 3 x 6-inch tins or 2 x 7-inch tins, or make them as cupcakes. In this baking class, you will also be making fondant icing to decorate your cake with and can use a pallet knife or a piping bag. You will be shown several piping techniques to make your cakes look professional.
As the cake is cooling, we will then whip up some classic scones as a tasty side treat. Anne Marie will show you how you can create different flavours to suit your taste buds.
