Everyone should know how to make a roast dinner!
In this session you will learn how to cook a Sunday roast dinner from scratch.
Roast chicken, potatoes and vegetables along with Yorkshire puddings and proper gravy.
You will make an onion gravy from scratch too with the option to add white wine.
We will use a small 1.3-5kg chicken to make sure we finish at the same time.
Hints and tips of including how to use your leftover vegetables and chicken including how to make a tasty chicken stock.
This workshop is ideal for students or adults wanting to learn the basics of cooking from scratch in a fun and uncomplicated way.
