How to reduce food waste at Christmas

Reduce food waste with some simple ideas in the following video’s!

Featuring how to use up those leftover brussel sprouts and mincemeat. For more simple ideas to use up leftovers take a look at the last years post.

Brussel sprouts tend to have a bad reputation based on past memories. Even I avoided the dreaded vegetable until I started to cook my own Christmas dinners and realised that if you steam them for only 6-8 minutes they actually were still green and had a bit of bite to them!

Brussells are also great fried, roasted and raw shredded in a salad or coleslaw. In the video below I include my favourite way to eat them.
